Who is a patent attorney?

A patent attorney is an attorney, i.e. he represents the client under the power of attorney granted by him and acts on his behalf before the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP), before the International Bureau (WIPO), before the European Patent Office (EPO), before common courts (including Provincial Administrative Court and Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) in matters relating to industrial and intellectual property.
